Responsibilities

Ecommerce Operations -

  • Put in place Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
  • Assist members with stock movements
  • Bimonthly prep Buyers sample photoshoot
  • Biweekly prep Online photoshoot
  • Stock receiving on Dolfin system
  • Reviewing and allocating all orders to staff
  • Schedule and assist with Hanger counts


Ecommerce Merchandising and Coordination -

  • Activation of all items on Shopify with stock
  • Ensure all items are reflecting on the website are in the correct categories/descriptions
  • Maintenance of all sites (Add -ons/Online changes)
  • Removing items on Shopify with a 0 stock daily
  • Upload all images onto website
  • Product tagging and replacement reports
  • Analytics reports from Shopify
  • Creating Collections, Discounts, Gift Cards.
  • App integrations

Managing duties -

Overseeing and managing of

·      Stock movements

·      Order fulfilments – Packing to Despatch

·      Picking of orders

·      Picking of photoshoot items

·      Picking out stock movements

·      Courier tracking and liaison

·      Exchange/ refunds

·      General customer care queries for all stores

·      Online support queries for all stores

·      Prep repairs with QA

·      Prep total rejects

·      Analytics and Sale reports


Requirements


  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce
  • 3-5 years managing eBusiness operations
  • Microsoft office(excel)
  • HTML page creation and CSS styling
  • Shopify experience
  • Courier Integration experience
  • Marketing experience
  • Web Design(Wordpress and Magento)
