• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within South Africa.

• All orders are shipped via a trusted courier partner to ensure timely delivery.

• A flat courier fee of R50.00 applies to all exchanges and returns.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If you receive a refund, the R50.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Please provide a valid and complete street address at checkout. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Fashion Fusion is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

If a delivery fails due to customer unavailability or address issues, re-delivery may incur an additional courier charge.

• You are responsible for the R50.00 courier fee when returning or exchanging items.

• This applies unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

• For approved refunds, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

We currently only ship within South Africa and do not offer international shipping at this time.
