How will my order get delivered to me?

Your order will get delivered to you via courier. The courier company that services Fashion Fusion is The Courier Guy.

How much will delivery cost me?

Delivery charges are R99 for a standard door to door deliver. In-Store collections are free of charge. 

Why is there no express delivery option available?

Please feel free to contact us at shop@fashionfusion.co.za when placing your order and one of your agents will be more than happy to assist you with an express delivery. Extra charges may apply. 


When will I receive my online order?

Online orders for both standard door to door and in-store collections take anywhere between 3-5 working days to get delivered. 


Do I need to need to show anything when my order is delivered?

Yes, a pin is required upon delivery by The Courier Guy regarding a standard door to door delivery. An order confirmation is required for In-store collections. 


Where is my order?

Once your order is fulfilled and a waybill is created, you will receive an email with your waybill number attached. Please click on that waybill number to track your order.


Why were certain items removed from my order?

If an item is removed from your order, please contact us immediately on 087 061 1111 or email us at shop@fashionfusion.co.za . One of our agents will be in touch with you as soon as possible.


How can I cancel my order?

Please contact us on 087 061 1111 or email us at shop@fashionfusion.co.za if you would like to cancel your order.


How long will it take for me to receive my refund?

Refunds take up to 7-21 working days to reflect into the customer’s account. Proof of banking confirmation letters maybe asked for in certain cases.


Can I return any merchandise?

Yes, you can. Please fill out a return/exchange request on our website to do so. A courier fee of R99 maybe charged.


How long will I have to return my order?

The customer will have 30 days from day of purchase to return an order. A courier fee of R99 maybe charged.


How much will it cost me to return my order?

A fee of R99 will be charged to the customer for a courier company to collect the parcel for return.


How can I return part of my order?

You can return part of your order, please fill out a return/exchange request on our website to do so. A courier fee of R99 maybe charged.
